I'm Rodolfo, a seasoned leader with experience at some of the top agencies globally. In Canada, I've developed my career in media, working across diverse businesses and driving sustainable growth while fostering a thriving culture.
This is just a portion of my experience. I've also spent a significant part of my career in Venezuela, working in Corporate Communications, which further shaped my leadership approach and team development.
My passion lies in finding the balance between achieving business objectives and supporting the well-being of the team.
